Frequently Asked Questions

What types of wigs do you offer?

We specialize in high-quality 100% remy virgin human hair. Our collection offers a variety of styles, lengths, and colors to suit your individual needs and preferences.

What is remy human hair?

Remy human hair is the highest grade of real, human hair that is a preferred choice for hair extensions, hairpieces and wigs because it achieves the most natural look.

Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the outermost layer of the hair, known as cuticles, are kept intact and not stripped, like in most other non-remy hair extensions. Preserving the hairs’ cuticles and aligning them in a unidirectional fashion creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance. This process also ensures that the hair remains super soft, shiny, silky and relatively tangle-free throughout its lifetime.

Why do you not offer a return or exchange service?

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not support returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring that all our wigs meet high-quality standards before shipment. We encourage customers to reach out for detailed information about our products before making a purchase. If you encounter any issues after your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you!

How much are remy clip-in hair extensions?

The price of human hair extensions can vary significantly, ranging from $100 to several thousand dollars, depending on several key factors:

  1. Quality of Remy Hair:
Remy hair is considered premium, but its cost can differ based on the grade. Basic remy hair may undergo more processing and have a shorter lifespan of 2-3 months, which keeps the cost down. On the other hand, higher-grade remy hair, especially virgin hair that hasn’t been processed and remains in its natural state, costs more but lasts much longer.
  2. Hair Thickness:
Extensions come in different thicknesses, from thin sets (with fewer or lighter wefts) to thicker sets (with more wefts and denser hair on each weft). Thinner sets are more affordable, while thicker sets are pricier due to the added volume.
  3. Extension Style:
Classic extensions with stitched fabric wefts offer more volume at the roots and are generally more affordable. Seamless extensions, which use a silicone weft for a thinner, more natural base, tend to be more expensive due to the extra labor and manufacturing processes involved.
  4. Hair Color:
Extensions are available in a variety of colors, from solid tones to more intricate styles like ombre, balayage, or fashion colors. The complexity of the color process increases the cost, as these styles require more advanced dyeing techniques at the manufacturing level.

How to put in remy hair extensions?

With clip-in hair extensions, you have the freedom to switch up your look without the commitment of taped, bonded, or glued extensions. You can effortlessly add length and volume by clipping them in and out whenever you want.

Step 1: Brush Your Hair
Start by thoroughly brushing your natural hair using a soft paddle brush or a loop extension brush to remove any tangles.

Step 2: Attach the 3-Clip Weft
Create a thin section of hair at the nape of your neck using a comb or your fingers, and clip the rest of your hair away. Take a 3-clip weft, brush it out, and clip it into your hair starting at the center, close to the roots. After securing the middle clip, fasten the left and right clips, ensuring the weft is snug.

Step 3: Attach the Smaller 4-Clip Weft
Separate another section of hair about an inch above the previous weft, at ear level. Take a smaller 4-clip weft and clip it in, making sure to smooth out any bumps by pulling the weft gently to the sides while clipping.

Step 4: Attach the Larger 4-Clip Weft
Create a section at the widest part of your head and clip in the larger 4-clip weft.

Step 5: Attach the Second 3-Clip Weft
Separate a section about two inches below the crown of your head and clip in the second 3-clip weft. By now, all large wefts should be clipped in at the back of your head.

Step 6: Attach the 2-Clip Wefts
For volume on the sides, create a section of hair two inches above your ear on one side. Attach a 2-clip weft by first securing the clip closest to your face, then the one near the back of your head. Repeat on the other side.

Step 7: Attach the 1-Clip Wefts
Above the 2-clip wefts, clip in the 1-clip wefts where extra blending is needed. Repeat on the other side.

Finally, brush through your hair and check in the mirror to ensure all wefts are hidden, particularly at the back, then enjoy your new look with fuller, longer hair!

How to Care for My Human Hair Wig?

Care Instructions:

  1. Washing the Wig: Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo to wash the wig gently. Avoid rubbing the hair; instead, use your fingers to detangle. Make sure to rinse thoroughly after each wash.
  2. Using Conditioner: After washing, apply a conditioner suitable for human hair to the mid-lengths and ends of the wig, avoiding the roots. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
  3. Drying the Wig: Gently pat the wig with a dry towel to absorb excess water; avoid using a blow dryer. Place the wig in a well-ventilated area to air dry, keeping it out of direct sunlight.
  4. Combing the Wig: Once the wig is dry, use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle, starting from the ends and working your way up. Avoid using regular brushes to prevent pulling.
  5. Heat Styling: You can use heat styling tools (like curling irons and straighteners) to style the wig, but apply a heat protectant spray beforehand. Avoid using excessively high temperatures.
  6. Storing the Wig: When not in use, store the wig on a wig stand or in its original packaging to avoid bending and crushing. Keep it dry and cool, away from direct sunlight.
  7. Avoiding Chemical Treatments: It is not recommended to dye, perm, or chemically treat the wig to maintain its best condition.
  8. Regular Deep Conditioning: It’s advisable to do a deep conditioning treatment every 4-6 weeks using a deep conditioning mask or hair oil to keep the hair shiny and soft.
